Image Attribute loading

I encountered an issue with a website where, when I loaded the page, the image which is located above the fold. It’s .webp image, that’s why I find it weird, cause we know it’s the best format for website images. One suggestion I found online, it to add loading attribute with the value eager.

I did not see much difference though, but I think it’s worth adding.
